Well amigo's, I must first admit that I'm not God, King or Uncle Sam nor be anyone else. I have had the opportunity to read and consider your comments, however undiplomatic they may have been, and am pleased to inform you that effective immediately all postings shall be posted immediately, as before. Please take note that there have been no postings that have not been allowed, both negative and positive, although there may have been a delay in the appearance of those postings on the Board. There was never any intention to censor any postings. Those of you who know me and have followed this Board over the years know that I am most liberal in allowing posts, with the exception of pornographic links being posted. Access to this Board remains free of charge to anyone. However I must pay a fee to operate it. Over the years I have collected considerable information regarding Guayabitos and the area, including over 800 photograph's and other visitor tip's. Most of the information one need's for a visit to the area can be found here on the Annex Board. If you wish to access it there will be a small membership charge of $ 10.00/yr. This charge will help to offset my Board cost's and photo storage internet costs and hopefully have something left over for Board charities. Other alternatives would be to search the internet yourself, pay a travel agent's fee or try and find someone knowledgable on the area. The choice is alway's your's. I spend 3 - 4 hours per day on this Board. Many people who are helped don't even have the courtesy to take time to say thank you. On the weekends I purchase Vancouver newspapers searching for travel deals, cutting out other information of interest for the Board. Other purchases include original Mexican recipe cookbook's and drink recipes. I have a financial outlay to maintain these two Board's and the photo hosting website. As a physically disabled person I have to use an electric wheelchair to transport myself down the side of my home to accesss the computer in my den on my lower level. Like yourselves I do have a life and must spend time on other matters, hence the previous delay in posting approval. I am not available to posters " on demand " 24/7. The home side trip will be even harder when the monsoon's and snow start to fly and the grass turn's to mud. No big deal for most of you but a concern to me. A good portion of my personal time in Guayabitos is spent taking photo's and gathering information for this Board. I have raised monies for Bob and Vicky, our Adopt-A-School Project and have been a co-founder of the Margarita Challenge. I have run this Board for about 7 years now and think my work speak's for itself. If you have any constructive comments regarding the operation of this Board or the Annex, your input is always welcome.
