Check out eslcafe.com. Its a site for TESL teachers but if you go under "Stuff for Teachers" into the international job forums there is one on Latin America and you can get all sorts of visa information, requirements, etc. on Mexico from Canadians and Americans who are currently living and working all around Mexico. You may even want to consider taking the TESL course and getting your Teaching English As a Second Language certificate. Probably no work in Guayabitos but the larger cities have English language schools. I think I heard that there is one or one coming soon in Bucerias.
