Bus to PV 80 pesos each way; no problem with beer and groceries. Mateja's on the beach 10 peso beer all day; plus a couple of others. Never rented a car used the buses and collectivo's( vans that run between the 3 towns, Los Ayalas; Rincon and La Penita) 6 pesos.
