I was down there for the month of Aug. last year, it can be unpredictable.. It seemed that most of the time it would rain late afternoon ( around 4PM)for a while, other days it would rain most of the night with spectacular lighting and thunder shows...rarely in the morning...but that was last year, God only knows what will be happening this coming Aug....hope this helps
