Our son went to school there in august thru and I can only relate his experience as we arrive in the first part of Nov . It is usuallly still very warm then and airconditioning is probly required for many. Contrary to Larry after 15 20 years of being around this area I find most hotels and bungalows do have air C or the option in some rooms. THe higher end places as he mentioned do indeed have the OPTions with your card.Rooms booked can run from 20 bucks a night to at the casablanca and such 150 or so. you decide. Now as to the rain to any great degree Rick or Baja as well as our Mexican friends colaberate mostly latter in the day and refreshing!!With the heat limiting little.
