I stayed a couple years ago at the Posada Real and it was $21 a night, the prices you see are for the night, ask for weekly or monthly rates..Google "Posada Real Guayabitos" sometimes hotels have special promotions where if you stay 3 nights the forth is free, or stay 6 and the seventh is free...hope this helps
