As most countries Mexico has many laws but unfortunately there is little enforcement. This afternoon while many people were enjoying the beach 2 idiots were driving as fast as the wheelers/quads could go and there was a few close calls. No one approached them to slow them down or even move elsewhere. Many people are injured or killed because of the NEW TOYS and this goes on 12 months of the year.
