I would talk to Denis who is the owner of Gecko rent a car in Bucerias, I know people who have bought vehicles from him and are very satisfied with the quality and the price they paid. The only thing I don't like is that his cars have mexican plates ( Nayarit ) and that the tenencia or yearly registration fee is quite expensive around $6000.00 pesos and we pay $62.50 (600.00 pesos) here in Alberta, Canada.
