Here is a very helpful site with lots of information you should read before visiting Mexico... http://portal.sre.gob.mx/con_sanfrancisco/ After the page opens look to the left side box, about half way down it says" services for non Mexican", it will open another page with a list that should answer most questions about your visit to Mexico. good luck
