Well its been a while since we talked about the Margerita Challange!!!Today an update . AT THE PINA COLADA RESTERAUNT Margerita Challange Feb 4th 2009!!Doors open 4.30 supper at 6 and Challenge to follow . Open silient auction open from 4:30 till 8:30 A complete line of activities and proformances to follow. Cost 20 bucks a person or so as the meal has yet to be decided. As in the past we request all of the readers here as well as there community groups at home to send or bring with them a donation or item for the silient auction as this is the largest part of our funding. Bring to Esteban at Pina Colada menton Margerita Challenge silient auction As In the past all moneies will go to local chareties and schools and will be fully documented. The Challenge is operated agian by a group of volenteers and community members. As Last year so many thanks must agian be given out to one of our strongest suportors Jeff and Vicky from Vickys bar just in behind the Pina Collada. They agian last year provided our visitors with a classy and supportive show. Our Hats are tipped Jeff, Vicky!!!You 2 are some of the best!!Agian this year we will improve as we have over the years and the computition and activities will as well . The Challengers are becoming tougher and there skills so finlly honed that we are now in nogotiations with the original 3 judges in order to fortify the high quality of judging and bribery . Opps did I say that. In any case Mister Bill Halatky Primary judge and all round nice guy is agian being courted and if we are able to meet his demands will agian lead us to a selected world class winner! From the Ukariane we are seeking there top ranked Margerita sampler Mister Laurenzo (I can drink anything) Parchewski.Ist year original judge. Then from a place that is a world leader n quafing liquor The emerald Isla Ierland . Mister Ron (now you see me now you don't ) Roth!! This year a slight change to the proceeding will be inserted as Mrs Dorty ( I love it all)Bell will hopefull sigh on as judge agian , for the screwtinizing of these libations will requre a womens touch . We are at this time seeking help in the auctioneering catagory as for in the past MC/ auctoneer Jim is not that good ehemm. Inquires on helping out are sot also at this time and please don't forget your donations and stuff for the silient aution. Tee shirts will go on sale near the end of November as will other memorabilia. Please book early, tickets as in the past will be limited to 200. If our group from Lo de Marcos returnes as promised , they will take up nearly 50 seats and a bycycle. send me a note if you need more info.
