Hi Gary, I'm not providing or teaching a cooking class. There's a small group that's interested in learning the history and the techniques of Mexican cooking and we're hoping to find a teacher. I've got a full outdoor kitchen available that can be used and as soon as we arrive Nov. 1st I want to get the group together and start looking for a teacher. I'll be in La Penita RV Resort from Nov. 1 to May 1. There are several people in the resort who are interested in classes. We're just in the info stage and would love to have you join us if you're interested. Right now there's about 10 of us. There's plenty of kitchen and class room. Lindy
