We also booked with Lenor and she appears to be very good at what she does. I sent her our deposit a few weeks back and within a few days she e-mailed me a copy of the transaction. I'm a very trusting individual by nature anyway, and so far all is great. She has been most helpful to me and has answered my zillion questions.
