I saw on Google earth there is a Mexican Rodeo Arena/Steer tailing Arena just north of Guayabitos. It’s about 4 blocks north and 4 blocks back towards the ocean from the walking bridge that crosses the river. My question is there events there often? If so is there a schedule? Steer tailing is a traditional Mexican rodeo event in which a cowboy on horseback grabs a running steer's tail, wraps it around his leg or stirrup, and pulls the steer to the ground.
