While vacationing in Bucerias the last few years we came across quite a few artists that oil paint 8" x 8" tiles with their fingers. Beautuful. It takes them like 20 minutes or less to do a painting for around 200 Pesos. Is there locals in Rincon / La Penita that do this type of art? It may be just a Resort type of thing but I would be interested in seeking an artist of this nature if anybody knows of one. Thanx
