hi sarah,nice to meet you my names ian,i think the answer your are looking for depends on a few things....sizeing the rooms is right thats tells you the size of rad or rads you need to heat your house,you also have to take into account how many bathroom suites you wish to run from your boiler ie w.h.b. high pressure shower where the hotsupply has to come from the boiler due to the cold main comming in,as your attick tank could not meet pressure or water demand.how many bathroom suites your going to have,domestic household appliances.etc etc..hope this helps.
