Kathy, I would like to continue this conversation further but find myself very pressed for time and energy and inspiration at the moment (and rather than rising in the wee small hours, I find myself sleeping until the alarm brings about a rude awakening). Perhaps the new year will bring the time and energy require to continue the conversation. Jo, I had to laugh at your reply to my post. I have been accused of many things in my life but avoiding asking the difficult questions has not been one of those things. If you should ever find the time, energy and desire to write a thesis on any subject that is of interest to you, I'll happily plough through the content. Cheers
