Us and Them

Kev,
I've just finished reading "Us and Them". It is a thought provoking read and while I've often wondered where the great divide between our Indonesian neighbours and us Australians originated from, this book provided many clues for me.
I'm quite sure I'll never read the paper and its coverage of other religions and cultures in quite the same way again.
Thanks for opening my eyes and for recommending the book.
