The Budget we had to have!

I wonder what Peter Costello will be like as a Prime Minister - somewhat more substantial than the pathetic numbers-driven automaton now at the helm I suspect. costello though colludes in the most demeaning policies of this nation's history - and his seventh budget - strengthening our borders at the expense of the disabled, the elderly and the sick is truly a sad reflection on our state of soul.
Labor offers little alternative at this time - I wonder if Costello was free to say what he really thought, would we move forward at all? I wonder and hope!
