Normally we could expect people to give this kind of behaviour away before the end of adolescence - not so with us - The UN is set to send an inspection team to Woomera later this month, and so we are cleaning the place up, painting, removing excess razor wire, resotirng "privileges" to the residents, even to the point of giving some of them mobile phones!
