Wondering... what are your thoughts, visions and hopes with the new administration in DC?
This week brought back memories of student elections at PHHS - the recent Oscar nomination for 'Milk' invoked memories of classmates involved in political issues - and the pride I felt at being from N. CA to see Diane F from SF lead the show in DC was terrific.
This led me to thinking about PHHS and the teachers who instilled so much into all of us as students, hoping that we would use what they taught us back in the 60s to help us to look to the future & what a futures it's been - so what's next? It's been a long time since the day we heard the school loud speaker announce Kennedy had been shot and so many hopes were put on hold. So, what's next?
Just a discussion, not a debate...

ps... does anyone recall who the teacher was that led the before school class for Philosophy - B Russell was a topic of discussion back then, and the coffee and donuts in the am were great!
