Did you notice how Scarlett tends to turn her head away as she inhales her cig? That's a classic technique of women who use a holder. This is not to say that Scarlett uses one IRL, but she obviously observed the usage from women back in the day. Technique is a major part of proper usage and sets a woman apart from the bunch when it comes to using a holder. I'll be looking for this on dvd when it comes out.
