Thank you, you are very kind. This second? I have a Dunhill Essence (sent from a Brit friend, they're hard to find in the States) in a meerschaum holder. Other women smoking with holders? Again, sensual - yes. A cigarette holder "completes" the full picture for me. A woman smoking without one looks, at best, 'unfinished' - and at worst, rather gauche, to my taste. Of course, I also like to see a masculine holder in a man's hand for the same reasons. (This is why we finally did, after repeated requests, a gentleman's section of the store, though we scrapped an entire photo shoot of a male model with a holder - the percentage of our clients who are men is enormous, but, apparently, they don't really care to see photographs of men smoking.
