Howdy SandyC & Y'all,
If ya sent snow, it would melt before it hit the ground, lol. Our spring consists of cool to cold nights for us (late 30's, early 40's), days (late 60's-early 80's), winds 30-40 mph and gusts about 60-70 miles. This would be a monsoon season with lots of rain, but the rain evaporates in the clouds and we just get wind durin' the monsoon season. The weather has gotten all wierd on us, in the last 10 years or since that El Nino came thru. Does it affect y'alls weather?
Dave is like y'all, he does his best work under pressure, usually at the last minute. I'm just the opposite. I have my stuff done way before it's due and it used to drive me crazy, now it don't seem to matter as much any more,
. Since I'm in bad health and haven't alotta say-so, I also don't have the responsibility, lol.
I just do the poop-scoopin' boogie and make pets outta 38 critters here.
We lost one of our old pot-bellied pigs a couple of days ago. He was 18, almost 19 years old, which is really old for these pigs, especially if they have been abused and neglected. I miss him. I miss every critter that goes. They leave a hole in my heart.
I have trouble with my dogs losin' balls too! Must be a critter thang, lol. But it's so much fun to watch 'em play. Is Forrest house-trained? Long ago, my mom house-trained my rabbit to go on newspaper. It had full run of the house.
I just called my kidney doc and she's schedulin' me for a Cat scan. She says she found a nodule on my right kidney. Thank goodness that my body never read one of these text books, lol.
Dave has to leave for town and get supplies. The critters have their noon feedin' and lovin', so they'll all take a nap for about 2 hours. It's a routine that I have had 'em do, since they came. Then I can curl/lay in this recliner (we gave up our couch to fit another critter cage in the livin' area (Dave built an iguana cage),so I'll doze and watch cookin' or biography shows and rest for awhile.
So glad to hear from ya, sis. Hope ya get more shows. Stay in good health. Take care of yourselves. I worry about ya too. We've known each other for about 10 years, I think. Member RunningDeerWolf's board?
luv, CougarCrone
