Brisa del Mar

We are planning a first trip to La Manzanilla. Looking for a nice, clean, safe place to stay not too far from town or the beach. From preliminary internet search, it looks like Brisa del Mar might have what we're looking for? Can anyone tell me about this place and whether it would be a good choice?
Also, is there a bank/ATM in town or do we need to bring a load of cash?
