Looking for a rental for 1-month in La Manzanilla

Hello. My name is Monica and I will be attending La Catalina Natural Language School the entire month of July. I am looking for a one month rental within minutes of the school and fairly close to the ocean (but doesn't have to be an oceanview room). I need something with a microwave & a small fridege & cable tv.
