Fishing Charters

I've read much on a few sites about La Manzanilla that Steven Rutherford is the one to see about fishing charters. My wife and I are arriving in early February and definitely want to go fishing. We fished there two years ago while staying at the Blue Bay and had a wonderful day with Jairo on his boat from Careyes. Any info on who to contact in La Manzanilla would be great.
