Rental property

I am looking to rent a fairly large home. Would like one with a pool and at least 3 bedrooms. Woul rent 5 or 6 bedrooms. Do the homes come funrished and bills paid. If not how much do the utilities run. I am planning on moving in Octoberr. I live in San Miguel for severl years, moved back to the states and am ready to retire in Mexico.
