My dog slim is about 11 years old now. When we first got him 9 years ago he had always had like skin tags on his side. As time went on they significantly got bigger. Now they are brown/blackish. For about the past week he has had diarhea very bad it is bloody and dark brown/black. Do you think this could be a sign of cancer? My dad is taking him to the vet tommorow.
