Can anyone here help me??? I have 3 Butterfly Bushes I planted in the spring of 99" & 1 was so tiny & it bloomed. But the other 2 never has & they are so tiny that if I prune them they will have nothing left...Now this spring the one that bloomed is all woody looking & really tiny too & no green at all....My Hydrangea is green but never grew at all since the spring of 99"....All of these are in full sun..Can anyone help me to help them?
