More than likely it is a bacterial, or fungal infection, or blight. Provide good air
circulation and eliminate any wetting of the foliage, water under the foliage.
Daconil 2787 is a broad spectrum fungicide that is listed to treat several diseases on several different plant types. Spray later in the day, when the temperatures are cooler to avoid any possibility of foliar burn. Good luck.
