Here are a few reasons why roses won't bloom, perhaps one of them may apply
to your roses:
direct sun a day to perform well.
2) If your roses don't get enough water on a weekly basis, they won't
perform well. Roses like at least an inch of water per week during the
growing season (May through July).
3) If too much fertilizer has been given to your roses, especially
nitrogen, then the plants will produce an abundance of leaves at the expense
of flowers. My suggestion here is to fertilize with a 20-20-20 fertilizer
every two weeks during the growing season (May through July)
4) The ideal soil pH is 6.5. If too high or too low, then the roses won't
intake enough nutrients. You can get a simple soil tester at your local
nursery.
