I have 4 lovely Perennial Hibiscus. I would like to know when the best time to transplant these to a different location in my yard. Should I do it in the fall (now) or in the spring after they start to grow. I live in Kansas so am in zone 5b - 6a. Also I need to know how to divide the plants to share them with a friend. Thanks!
