I have a very large clematis which is now growing over a fence. I live in Pa.The clematis is now dying because of a frost.Can I prune it now and still have the come back again. The bush is rather wild and thick. It was here when I moved in. I would like 2 get control of it. Please advise what I can do. Thank you
