I got a bunch of bulbs for Christmas. This is the first year in a house and I have never had a garden. I live in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania and it has been much too cold to plant the bulbs outside. Is there some way of either starting them inside or preserving them? They are tulips mainly. Please help!! Thanks
