The indigo colored flower sounds very intriguing...would love to see that February bloomer in my Michigan garden. As far as your Daffodil look-alike, it very well could be a Daffodil - AKA Narcissus. Narcissus is the botanical name for Daffodil, and they are available in many sizes and different colors (whites, yellows, pinkish, and white/yellow, pink/white combinations). They are often quite fragerent. Hope this helps you !
