I think you mean Phlox. Not knowing where you live I can't be certain, but I think they'll be just fine. They need to be in full sun & I'd be sure to well-water until they are established. Are they the short (4") variety or the more common 2-3'? My grandmother had the shorter ones & they were wonderful!
