I have some huge, thriving, bronze fennels in my back yard, so I decided to plant some in the front for interest. I planted three, two of which ar thick and dark, and one that died. I replaced that one with a stray one from the back yard and it died, too. I went back to the nursery and got a fresh one, and when IT started to fail I dug it up, put it in a pot, and inspected the soil in the hole. I found some little black ants, and some 1" long really skinny worms that look like wiggly string. Are they my problem? What do I do? Thanks!
