I recently purchase a 6" Texas Mountain Laural. I bought it from an individual in the south San Antonio area which has a sandy loam. I transplanted to North San Antonio areas which has more of a rocky acid like dirt. I added the orignal loam, enriched dirt with compose and put mulch arround the plant. My question is how much watering should be done at this point. I have read both daily watering arround drip line and once every two weeks. As this is a critical time for the plant I want to do a correct watering process. Also any other advise concering long time care would be appreciated. Thanks Reg
