Hello, last year in May (I live in Revere, MA.) I bought 2 beautiful "Unique Panicle Hydrangea's" in 2 Gallon Pots. I planted them into Half Barrels in Front yard areas. well they were just beautiful for first year that I never thought they would bloom. Turned a pretty pink in sept. anyway, my question is this, I want to remove them from the Half Wood Barrels and plant them in the ground where the barrels are. I need to get rid of barrels,,tough winter here in Boston,,they are 15 years old (Barrels. The Hydrangea's are budding beautifully (nice and green big buds) on all branches. Is it too late to transplant in ground now (April 30) Going to be 78ยบ f today. Thank you kindly,
Paul, Revere,MASS.
