Went to Lookout Shoals today and went up river looking for one good bite. It did not happen today. They were not drawing any water came back down the lake near the power lines and the birds were working. It was small threadfin shad maybe dying from the frigid 42.9 degree water temps. Put them out and pulled bait for awhile but nothing doing.
