non-ethanol fuel

Does anyone know where I can get non-ethanol fuel in Statesville. I have a 93 Johnson outboard which runs great on gasoline but really struggles on water. I use Seafoam which helps but does not completely cure it. Also, does anyone local carry repair parts for Ambasator (6500) reels. Needing side plate screws.
