Took the kids down to the Little Creek area on Sat morning fishing points. Bite was good till about 8 am. Got one just over 5 lbs...the rest were in the in the 20" range. Even saw a big school throwing water.....looked like little school fish (16" to 18". Tried anchoring up with some up cut bait after the sun got up. Had a couple runs and caught some catfish, but no stripers.
Bait is still slammed in Stumpy just before dawn. Filled my tank completely in 2 throws. Size is getting bigger too. Just dont know how long it will be there with the water temps going up.
