1999 Lund Baron Magnum

I have recently acquired a 1999 Lund Baron which had been in storage for 8 or 9 years. As with most old boats things go bad. I need some advice on bilge pumps. It appears that it has one automatic and one manual bilge pump. Both run, but they do not put out much water. Am I correct that it has two bilge pumps? The pumps for the live wells in the rear operates just fine, but the one for the front tank is real slow filling that tank, again, is this common. Appreciate any advice. Mac
