I would like to thank Poorman for his suggestions on this message board and Ron Shires who sent me an e-mail.
The manual bilge pump hose had a dirtdobbers nest in it and I unplugged it and it is fine. The line going to the front live well had a kinked hose and that is why the flow was slow. The auto-matic bilge was bad plus the hose was plugged with something that I did not see when I blew it out.
