Stripers Floating Again

Was on Norman this morning and the NCDMF was picking up all the floating Stripers . They are starting to die again. I have fished there for many years and I don't know what Duke Power has been doing different for the past few years but they sure are wiping the Striper population out. It has been hot in the past and the Stripers didn't die like they have the past 3 years!!
