I don't think emerald has that opinion. You can't change indivual unit colors, only the player color. Example is like Player 1 (if not randomly selected) is red, you could change that player color to blue, cyan, black, etc. THe program to do this is called GUEdit it's also in my Map Tools section. Read the instructions listed with the review of it.
