Since I assume that you are talking about overlapping colors, I will aid you accordingly.
First you have to know how to add colors themselves to mission briefings, transmission text, etc. The symbols you use to make the colors are exactly the same as the ones used to make overlapping colors. You simply put two symbols in a row. This takes some experimenting to perfect, since you have to go into the game itself to see the final product.
Here are two symbols you can try to put before some text to see what I'm talking about.
Just copy the two red squares and paste them before the text whose colors you wish to change.
