Escalera Entertainment of San Antonio presents The Daybreak Quartet (www.daybreakquartet.com) will bring their brand of Southern Gospel music to the Blue Bonnet Palace, located at 16847 IH-35, in Selma, TX 78154. The Atlanta-based southern gospel group are past winners of the National Quartet Convention competion in Louisville, KY and are on currently tour to promote their seventh gospel album, Wonderful Feeling. They are featured artists on All Quartets Radio network, Gospel Music Television Network and recorded a "live" performance at St. Andrew's Cathedral in Sydney, Australia. Opening the concert will be The Moore Family Singers of Bastrop, TX. Tickets are $10 in advance - $12 at the door. The southern gospel group is a regular performer on the "Gospel Music Television Network. The site of the gospel concert will be the 1,200 seat Blue Bonnet Palace, located at 16847 IH-35, in Selma, TX 78154. Opening the concert will be His Way Quartet (www.hiswayquartet.com) of Bastrop, TX. Tickets are $10 in advance - $12 at the door. GOSPEL MUSIC FIESTA 2004. The legendary Stamps Quartet (www.thestampsquartet.com) of Nashville, TN will perform in concert at Medical Center Baptist Church, located at 7015 Wurzbach Rd., in San Antonio, TX 78240. The Gospel Music Hall of Fame group is currently touring the nation promoting their new 2-CD, "The Gospel Side of Elvis" which also features southern gospel greats, the Imperials and Terry Blackwood. The Stamps were Elvis' backup singers on tour and in the recording studio throughout the Seventies, including the Las Vegas, "Aloha from Hawaii" and Madison Square Garden concerts. All tickets are $10 each, but buy your tickets now. Seating is limited to 300 seats each day. This nationally-known group was voted "Horizon Group of the Year" by Singing News magazine and "New Artist of the Year" in 2001 by the Southern Gospel Music Association. Popular gospel soloist Fay Yates (www.fayyates.com) of New Braunfels, TX will open the show.
