Howdy, Folks.......Loathe to bother ya'all again....but we have new residents from New Orleans in need - Charlestene & Joseph Jones. They are not musicians, but part of an extended musician-dominated clan. Sweet, down-to-earth folks. They are in desperate need of a Queen bed ( at least box spring & mattress), a refrigerator, and everything else you could think of except dishes, glasses, silverware & a few small kitchen appliances. Actually have another donation of a couch from the very generous & resourceful Jon & Susan Emery, but need a volunteer w/ a pick up to get it delivered.........I realize Austinites may be suffering from burn-out after truly stepping up where our government left off.........but ........
The Jones' live in an apartment up on by Cameron Rd. & St. John's........and once again , I'm willing to pick up or have stuff dropped off at my South Austin Casa & be responsible for getting it up there to North East Austin.
