
Posted by marty on 3/14/2006, 5:48 am, in reply to "numb feet on the bike" this happens sometimes when you keep constant pressure on the over and downstroke while pedaling - your toes get jammed into the front of the shoe. Try pulling back (wiping your feet off) and unweighting the opposing leg on the upstroke to bring your foot back a bit inside the shoe. Keep the toestrap loose. Another problem folks run into is foot swelling while riding, especially in warm climates. Not much can be done for this if it's the case. Wiggle your toes from time to time as well to keep blood flowing. --Previous Message--
